Consultant Advantage is designed for transportation consultants who want to build teams and win projects.

How Consultant Advantage works:

There are two parts to Consultant Advantage: Profiles and RFPs.

Consultant Advantage maintains a database of profiles detailing the specific expertise and qualifications of transportation consultants. Members, either individual consultants, researchers, or firms, complete a profile of their expertise and experience. Members can search the profiles for the most qualified professionals who match the criteria needed. Members can search by specific expertise, experience, location, education, keywords, and many other criteria. Additionally, members can fill out a template describing a particular project, such as the project you are bidding on, and the database will return all projects that members have worked on that match your project. There is currently no cost to become a member, activate a profile, or search for profiles or projects.

The RFP Express Service is a compiled list of consulting opportunities. The list contains between 40 and 80 Request-For-Proposal (RFP) notices, with 15-25 new RFPs added weekly. All members have access to a small selection of RFPs. Subscribers have complete access to the entire list of RFPs.

What's involved?

You can become a member and begin searching in minutes. Once you sign up, you can immediately begin searching the database.

To make your own information available, you must complete your own profile. There are no requirements on how much or how little data you have to include. You can activate or deactivate your profile at any time, or add, remove, and change any information at your convenience.

There is currently no cost to become a member, activate a profile, or search the profiles or projects.

A limited selection of our RFPs are made available to all Consultant Advantage members. To gain complete access to all the RFPs, members must fill out our RFP Express Service Order Form. The RFP Express Service costs $49/month, or $30/month for subscribers to The Urban Transportation Monitor. Subscriptions are billed in 6 month increments. You can cancel at any time for a pro-rated refund.
